About the Role - The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for inbound and outbound telephone or online sales to existing clients and prospects. The organization seeks reliable, competitive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic candidates who have inside sales experience and want to play a key role in building customer loyalty and driving sustainable growth through targeted upselling initiatives and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Inbound and outbound telephone sales to existing clients and prospects.

- Providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience. 5 years of overall experience preferred. Experience in other types of sales will be considered.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree desired, but not required.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Required Skills
- Experience with sales CRM software is preferred, but not required.
Pay range and compensation package - Base salary between $45,000 and $55,000. Benefits included. Health, Dental, Vision, Life and ancillary benefit options, Paid Time Off
