Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Close new deals and meet annual sales targets.
- Lead Generation & Sales Appointments: Collaborate with internal and external teams to generate leads and set sales appointments, achieving weekly and quarterly targets.
- Business Development: Prospect through networking, events, and referrals, using CRM tools to track progress.
- Sales & Marketing Processes: Ensure efficient sales processes, follow-ups, and use of sales playbooks.
- Team Leadership: Set goals, hold the team accountable, and track performance with weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.
- 7 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in sales and business networking, preferably with experience in MSP or non-profit sectors (churches, B-Corps).
- Strong proficiency in CRMs and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pardot).
- Leadership experience managing a small sales and marketing team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary : $85,000 - $150,000
