Role Overview
As a Territory Sales Executive, you will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities across various marketing platforms and channels. Your responsibilities will include assessing market conditions, cultivating relationships, and presenting tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with our sales and engineering teams to achieve territory and revenue growth.
Essential Functions- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, presentations, referrals, and existing client management.
- Position offerings as comprehensive security solutions designed to mitigate specific risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain a diverse pipeline of clients across commercial, residential, and governmental sectors.
- Assess the unique security needs of clients and customize solutions accordingly.
- Conduct security assessments and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and manage sales activities and opportunities using our CRM system.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Hunter mentality with a strong willingness to prospect.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Able to pass a drug and background check.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the security industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for CRM management.
