What You'll Do
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the charge in expanding our customer base while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the outside sales team and manufacturer representatives.
- Drive sales execution by collaborating with the CEO, sales team, and General Managers (Client) to establish and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for trade shows, manufacturer reps, and lead generation.
- Hold sales reps and trade show engagements accountable to ensure maximum ROI and market impact.
- Lead customer service initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Work closely with Client to align sales efforts with production capabilities and customer needs.
- Monitor customer revenue trends and drive strategies that enhance profitability and retention.
- Act as the key liaison for pricing discussions, balancing customer value with company profitability.
- Establish structured sales processes to measure and enhance sales performance.
- Champion cross-functional alignment between Sales, Finance, and Operations to present the company as a comprehensive, industry-leading solution (molding, thermoforming, and blow molding).
- Ensure that company-wide pricing strategies and production capabilities are aligned to optimize business opportunities.
- Report directly to the CEO, maintaining transparency, accountability, and results-driven execution.
- Travel to key company locations:
- Midwest (Quarterly)
- Albany, NY (Quarterly)
- Holyoke, MA (Quarterly)
- Lead visits to top-tier clients and industry trade shows to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
- Engage directly with facility teams to stay ahead of operational challenges and enhance production insights.
- Industry Expertise – Strong relationships and experience in the plastics manufacturing channel.
- Strategic Vision – A proven track record of implementing business growth strategies that drive revenue and profitability.
- Negotiation & Pricing Acumen – Skilled at balancing customer needs and pricing strategy, including management of long-term contracts and pricing agreements.

- Base Salary: $180K – $200K Bonus (flexible for the right candidate)
