Job Details
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills:
- Proven ability to design and architect comprehensive software solutions in any industry
- Thrive on hands-on developing, testing, and deploying solutions (Non-negotiable).
- Experience guiding and mentoring technical development teams (Some leadership experience leading teams).
- Expertise in developing and deploying software within Microsoft Azure (Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI do not count as cloud experience in this context).
- Ability to develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Proficient in relational database design (SQL Server a plus).
- Willing to learn C# based on similar Object-Oriented Programming knowledge from other similar languages (Experience with C# a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; translating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences while providing concise project updates.
Nice-to-Have (Highly Desirable) Skills:
- Experience with C#, Python, T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Microsoft SQL Server would be highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry practices, challenges, and regulations.
- Managing relationships with offshore vendors for high-quality project delivery within deadlines.
- Experience with JIRA, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks.
Good for Growth (Can live without) Skills:
- Familiarity with Windows Forms, Client/Server architectures.
- Understanding of project management methodologies.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Basic understanding or willingness to learn Terraform.
