Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leads through warm calling and follow-up communications.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients in our CRM software.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on telemarketing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers and understand their needs.
  • Familiarity with inside sales processes and strategies.
  • Experience using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.

Pay: $70,022.00 - $73,978.00 per year
