We’re a performance-first marketing agency focused on helping brands scale profitably through smart, data-driven advertising. We're not about vanity metrics or one-off gigs — we're about results.
This is a long-term, remote role for someone who wants to grow with the agency, take ownership of ad strategy, and directly impact client revenue.
- Managing and scaling paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Running A/B tests, analyzing performance, and optimizing for ROAS
- Collaborating on creatives, landing pages, and funnels with the team
- Reporting on performance and providing actionable insights
- Helping shape paid media strategy across multiple client accounts
- Have experience managing $10k /mo ad spend
- Live and breathe performance marketing (ROAS, CAC, CTR, etc.)
- Know how to structure cold, warm, and retargeting campaigns
- Understand what makes scroll-stopping creative work
- Work well independently and hit deadlines without micromanagement
- A long-term role with a growing agency
