What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cell Therapy Manufacturing Lead position at AmplifyBio?
Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the transfer of CGT manufacturing processes from clients into our GMP facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Additionally, you will lead the training of our manufacturing staff on cell and gene manufacturing processes and equipment, as well as support start-up activities and future expansions.
Other responsibilities include authoring and reviewing relevant documentation for cell manufacturing operations and equipment, and collaborating with internal functions such as Supply Chain, Quality Control, Validation, Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
