We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Laboratory Supervisor to take charge of our lab operations, drive sales, and shape the direction of our business. This is a high-impact role where you'll have full control over operations, P&L management, and team leadership, all while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
What You'll Do:
Lead Lab Operations: Oversee day-to-day laboratory activities, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Drive Business Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to accelerate sales growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage P&L: Take full ownership of P&L responsibilities to ensure profitability and financial health.
Ensure Compliance: Stay up-to-date with state and federal regulations, ensuring the lab meets all necessary legal requirements.
Inspire and Lead a High-Performance Team: Build a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration to motivate and guide your team to success.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or at least 7 years of directly related experience.
Proven Leadership: Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing operations and laboratories, with a track record of driving sales and operational success.
