Key Responsibilities :
Supervision and Leadership : Oversee a team of mechanics, providing guidance, training, and support. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Vehicle Maintenance and Repair : Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various fleet vehicles, including automobiles, trucks, and heavy equipment. Tasks include engine overhauls, brake system repairs, electrical system troubleshooting, and hydraulic system maintenance.
Preventive Maintenance : Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize vehicle downtime and extend the lifespan of fleet assets.
Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring necessary components are available for timely repairs. Coordinate with suppliers and handle procurement as needed.
Record Keeping : Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and costs incurred. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :
