Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a passion for operational efficiency and team success? We're looking for a Driver/Warehouse Supervisor to play a critical role in coordinating our warehouse operations and ensuring timely material delivery to support fast-paced field activities.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of drivers and warehouse staff
Coordinate daily deliveries and pickups to and from job sites
Monitor driver compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards
Manage inventory using FIFO practices and ensure material availability
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard
Support equipment load-outs, inspections, and returns
Communicate with field teams to fulfill material needs promptly
Track operations using systems like B2W, COINS, or similar
5 years of driving and warehouse experience (construction/heavy equipment preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of DOT compliance and warehouse safety standards
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with inventory systems is a plus
