Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports operational activities for the Talent Acquisition team. This role involves coordinating colleagues from across departments on daily processes to ensure the successful identification and hiring of Amplity colleagues. Functions include, but are not limited to, providing support for all phases of applicant tracking, job postings, pre-employment screening investigations, drug testing, systems support and data management.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports operational activities for the Talent Acquisition team. This role involves coordinating colleagues from across departments on daily processes to ensure the successful identification and hiring of Amplity colleagues. Functions include, but are not limited to, providing support for all phases of applicant tracking, job postings, pre-employment screening investigations, drug testing, systems support and data management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Not All Inclusive)
- Create and manage all US job requisitions, posting positions, and questionnaires in the Amplity Applicant Tracking Portal in a timely manner and ensure flow to subsequent job boards.
- Proofread postings for Amplity brand compliance, accuracy, and errors before publishing.
- Update requisitions to align with Amplity Records Retention Policy.
- Assist in applicant tracking & pre-employment procedures including, but not limited to, background investigations, drug testing and data management support.
- Support various projects, join launch meetings, backfills, transfers, and aid in creating project tools and materials.
- Support all Talent Acquisition Department systems, including Workday and background investigation vendors.
- Prepares contracts for new network contractors, manages setup process, and acts as the point of contact during onboarding.
- Coordinate background checks for new hires, involving HR for discrepancies in candidate checks, and ensure prompt completion within set deadlines.
- Assist in the creation of forms, letters, dashboards, and spreadsheets to enhance recruiting efforts and document metrics.
- Review and process bi-weekly vendor invoices with TA, People Ops, and Finance. Collaborate on addressing billing issues.
- Assist with Scheduling interviews for recruiting team and management
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Support Specialist to assign candidates to the right requisitions and workflows.
Education/Experience and Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- BA/BS degree or Equivalent work experience
- 1 years of Coordinator or administrative experience in a business environment required.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, background investigation vendors, job boards preferred.
- Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS) and other work-related software.
- Talent Acquisition and/or Project Coordination experience highly preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Familiarity working with Linkedin Recruiter, Glass Door and Indeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-disciplined and engaged to work in a remote environment
- Self-starter with integrity and a strong work ethic.

- Advanced time management and organizational skills.
