We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with 10 years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce products, combined with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Support the full SDLC of Salesforce implementations, including Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Data Migration, and Training.
- Leverage your business acumen to discuss and understand the client’s issues, gather data on their business processes, and translate those needs into a comprehensive software solution design.
- Configure and customize Salesforce.com applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Implement Salesforce Energy and Utilities Cloud to meet industry-specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to provide feedback on development progress, ensuring alignment with their goals and expectations.
- Work as part of a team to support on-time, high-quality software project deliveries.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and process flows.
- Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with Salesforce solutions.
- Perform data migration, integration, and synchronization between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Lead user training sessions and create training materials to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
