Amplytics is seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant with a proven track record in program management to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and leadership to optimize project management processes, implement PMO best practices, and ensure successful delivery of complex programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and advise on program governance and portfolio management processes
- Assess, design and implement PMO functions and capabilities
- Develop project management frameworks, methodologies and templates
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers
- Conduct project health checks and recovery strategies for at-risk initiatives
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and project kickoffs
- Create and deliver compelling executive presentations with actionable insights
- Design data-driven program dashboards and visualizations for leadership
- Develop standardized reporting mechanisms to track program performance metrics
- Translate complex project data into clear, concise executive summaries
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices
