Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Specialist - Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles, performing visual inspections of vehicle body panels, and utilizing handheld scanners to efficiently manage our logistics operations.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles with ease and precision.
- Perform thorough visual inspections of vehicle body panels to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- Utilize handheld scanners to accurately track and manage inventory.

- Demonstrate strong operational skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, sun, snow, wind, and humidity. You must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment and able to adapt to changing weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
This role involves light physical activity, including reaching and handling items. You should be able to perform non-strenuous daily activities with ease and efficiency.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position with primarily 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, on a day shift. Overtime may be required, but we strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Required Education and Experience:
No prior experience or training is necessary for this role. However, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
You must be able to obtain a TWIC badge (Transportation Worker's Identification Credential) to work in this role.
