The Role
We are looking for a representative to deliver world-class customer support and build customer satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite position for a professional who enjoys teamwork, communicating with all departments, problem-solving, and the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service and follow-up
- Positive attitude
- Assisting with business development processes and sales team
- Research, data entry, and updating website data and contents
- Customer Relations and follow-up with inactive customers
- Assisting with Sales and providing support for the team
- Knowledge of sales is a plus
Competencies
- Professional demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload
- Courteous, patient, and works well with multiple departments
- Preferably one to two years of office and/or customer service and/or admin experience
- Customer service knowledge and skills are required, one to two years
- Sales experience is a plus
