•We are seeking an experienced Arista Network Architect to lead the design, implementation, and support of advanced networking solutions.
•The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Arista technologies, a strong understanding of modern network architectures, and a proven ability to drive innovation in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Network Design and Architecture:
o Develop scalable, reliable, and secure network architectures using Arista technologies.
o Design and implement Layer 2/3 network solutions, leveraging Arista EOS and CloudVision.
o Evaluate and integrate modern networking concepts, including VXLAN, EVPN, and segment routing.
2. Implementation and Deployment:
o Lead the deployment of Arista-based solutions, including switches, routers, and network automation platforms.
o Configure and troubleshoot network hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
3. Automation and Scripting:
o Leverage automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) to streamline network operations.
o Develop and maintain scripts for network provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.
4. Performance Optimization:
o Conduct regular performance analysis and fine-tune network configurations.
o Ensure high availability, redundancy, and minimal downtime through proactive measures.
5. Collaboration and Leadership:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network strategies with organizational goals.
o Mentor and guide junior network engineers in adopting Arista technologies and best practices.
6. Security and Compliance:
o Ensure network solutions comply with industry standards and security policies.
o Implement advanced security measures to protect network infrastructure and data.
7. Documentation and Reporting:
o Create comprehensive documentation for network designs, configurations, and processes.
o Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Expertise:
o Strong knowledge of Arista switches, routers, and CloudVision platform.
o In-depth understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN).
o Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or equivalent tools).
• Experience:
o 8 years of experience in network engineering and architecture.
o 3 years of hands-on experience with Arista solutions.
• Certifications (Preferred):
o Arista Certified Engineering Expert (ACE-A or ACE-P).
o CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certifications in networking.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
