Mandatory skills and requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in CNC program generation using UG NX or Creo and verification using Vericut software.
Initial job preparation/setup for program generation.
Good knowledge in selection of various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and inserts used on various machines.
Strong knowledge on drawing standards and GD&T.
Good communication skills.
Detailed Job Description:
Experience in CNC Programming for structural components.
Optimizing the existing CNC program for 3 axes to 5 axes.
Tool path simulation, verification/validation.
Creating setup/shop floor documentations.
Revise and update programs and documents based on FAI reports and engineering changes.
Shop floor support during tryout.
Skill Set
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing NC programming for machining centers, ensuring precision and efficiency in CNC operations
