Key Responsibilities:
- Recent working experience in Assembler.
- Knowledge of Assembler, CICS, COBOL, DB2, MQ and Mainframe infrastructure is required. Knowledge of emerging technologies is a plus.
- Experience with multiple languages and tools is highly valued.
- Understanding of financial concepts is essential.
- Able to work in a challenging environment and possess strong knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies and functional areas in IT organization.
- Responsible for supporting production and being available on call as needed.
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical questions and mentoring team members.
Candidate Requirements:
- Expertise in multiple languages and tools.
- Good understanding of how technology relates to business, market and industry.
- Strong understanding of complex internal business processes or functions.
- Works on moderate to complex projects and issues within functional area.
- Recommends strategies for improving system applications.
- Coaches and leads less experienced IT staff and business managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of related IT experience.
