• Extensive Integration Experience within manufacturing ecosystems (Middleware/Mulesoft)
• Cloud (preferably Azure)
• Certification Frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, and EA governance.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in the Manufacturing Domain to lead EA governance, best practices, and compliance for the application ecosystem of a new manufacturing facility. This role ensures proposed solutions across projects align with EA principles, regulatory standards, and manufacturing best practices.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
• 15 years of IT experience with 10 years as an Enterprise Architect in manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise with manufacturing applications: ERP, MES, SCADA, WMS, PLM and their integration within complex manufacturing ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing KPIs: MTTR, system uptime, production downtime, deployment cycle times, system latency.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, and EA governance.
• Familiarity with manufacturing regulations and standards: ISO 9001, ISA-95, ISO 27001.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and Smart Manufacturing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Mulesoft or similar middleware tools for system integration and data flow optimization.
• Experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for hybrid cloud deployments of manufacturing applications.
• Advanced networking knowledge for manufacturing: CPwE, SCADA architectures, IoT frameworks, and industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP.
• Strong background in disaster recovery planning, high availability systems, and backup strategies for manufacturing continuity.
• Expertise in deployment architectures that support minimal downtime and operational resilience.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and inter-process systems design.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks for manufacturing applications ensuring data integrity, compliance, and system security.
