Role: Payment Business Analyst (Payments Swifts)
Location: Lake Mary, Florida (Hybrid) –(15 miles from Orlando FL)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
Experience in the Following Areas:
Payments Domain:
• Requirement Gathering
• Data Analysis
Domain Knowledge - Must
• Experience in FinTech
• Working with Payments: SWIFT 15022, ISO 20022, MT, MX messages, ACH, NACHA formats, Securities messages
• Agile Methodologies
• Defect Tracking, Requirements Management tools and techniques
• Experience in SQL queries, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Validation
Compliance Knowledge
• Exposure to Financial Crimes Compliance such as AML Alert Investigations, SAR
• Knowledge with Actimize or Fircosoft or Bridger
Additional Skills:
• Strong in Leadership
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Banking Domain:
• Proficiency with product management tools
• Payment processes, including SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, and wire transfers
• Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX transactions, and ISO 20022 standards
• SEPA, Fircosoft
• SQL
Expectation:
1. Lead Expertise Must be financials domain expertise.
2. Payments (SWIFT/ACH/NACHA)
3. Compliance (AML/Actimize/Fircosoft/Bridger)
