We’re looking for a Validation Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in product testing and validation within a technical engineering environment. You’ll assist in the creation and execution of test plans, help ensure products meet functional and quality requirements, and work closely with engineers across multiple disciplines to analyze and document results.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases
- Support validation of product features against requirements and technical specs
- Conduct manual and automated tests to identify bugs and performance issues
- Collaborate with development, quality, and project teams to report findings
- Assist in documenting test results, defect reports, and validation outcomes
- Participate in product lifecycle testing—from planning through execution and final reporting
- How validation and quality assurance ensure safe, functional, and reliable products
- Key testing processes in an electrical and power electronics environment
- Hands-on experience with test equipment and automation tools
- Skills in problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamwork
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- Coursework in circuit design, electrical systems, or power electronics preferred
- Basic knowledge of test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, and insulation testers
- Familiarity with electrical measurements: voltage, current, resistance, capacitance, and inductance
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, hands-on environment
