What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Communication Specialist position at AMR Management Services?

Responsibilities

Work closely with internal teams and external partners to help identify and execute the right strategies, tools and platforms to achieve goals
Strategy Development : Design and execute innovative marketing strategies with business objectives to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance across all channels, integrating targeted marketing campaign to achieve measurable results.
Brand Management : Maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels, protecting brand reputation and adhering to brand guidelines.
Social Media Management : Lead the social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster audience growth.
Email Marketing : Drive the email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and content development, nurture leads, drive conversions, monitor customer feedback, and maximize customer retention.
Design or Marketing Materials : Collaborate across cross-functional teams to create engaging content and produce imagery that ensures brand consistency and messaging across all
General Marketing Oversight : Provide guidance on other marketing initiatives, including campaign management, ensuring alignment with digital strategies, and optimizing overall marketing performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing and other campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Continuous learning : Stay current with the latest marketing technology, trends and best practices.
Business Development : Use AMR’s artificial intelligence tool for lead generation (sponsors, exhibitors, etc.).
Share samples / templates and information useful to client teams
Support business development initiatives, , including the launch of a marketing department as a new shared service offering..
Assist in maintaining online resources (blog posts, proposals, etc.)
Performs other duties and projects as required.

What We’re Looking For :

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field

3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, social media, or digital media

Prior association experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Strong understanding of a wide range marketing concepts and their applications

Experience managing marketing initiatives and databases

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills

Creative mindset; willingness to explore new marketing concepts and new ideas

Proficiency in marketing and social media technology (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Klaviyo)

Strong project management skills; familiarity with project management platforms such as Basecamp is beneficial

Customer-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy

Proficiency in marketing research and statistical analysis

Knowledge of SEO / SEM and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush) beneficial

Results-driven approach with the ability to develop and implement new initiatives.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Ability to respond to marketing inquiries from staff, clients, and partners

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft and its applications.
