Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Initial customer intake via phone calls and emails.
· Transferring incoming calls to appropriate sales representatives.
· Entering customer data into our CRM system.
· Communicating with team members and our sales organization.

Job Requirements:
· 2 Years of Customer Service Experience
· 1 Year of Call Center Experience
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
· Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
· CRM system experience and Salesforce experience are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
