Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate tracking of materials and products.
- Oversee materials handling procedures to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility to ensure proper maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.
Skills
- Proven experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by operational demands.
- Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is a plus.

- Experience in process improvement initiatives within a warehouse setting.
