Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our team as a Luxury Guest Liaison. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our resort. This includes greeting guests warmly, providing personalized recommendations, and assisting with any requests or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Provide expert advice on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation, dining reservations, and other requests as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local happenings and events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A minimum of 2 years of concierge experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
