Wellness Retreats Sales Manager Job Description
The Wellness Retreats Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring the growth of our wellness retreat offerings. This role requires a passion for wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- Multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings.
- Participate in M.O.D. coverage as required.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing nametags.
- Comply with Highgate Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Handle problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of information.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our wellness retreats. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Director of Sales.
Client Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide personalized and attentive service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met. Handle client inquiries, provide detailed information about our retreats, and close sales.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the benefits of our wellness retreats. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our offerings.
Product Knowledge & Training
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insightful recommendations to clients. Train and mentor junior sales team members on best practices and product knowledge.
Administrative Duties
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Director of Sales. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of retreat experiences to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wellness, travel, or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of wellness concepts and holistic health practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed. Must have a valid driver's license in the applicable state.
