We are looking for a DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST!

Pay : $20.00 / HR - $24.00 / HR DOE

SUMMARY :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures data integrity, supports business operations, and contributes to the efficiency of various departments by providing reliable and up-to-date information. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, data management skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS :

• Accurate Data Entry : Enter, update, and maintain data within the ERP system, including purchase orders, customer information, supplier details, and contractual related data.
• Data Validation : Verify the accuracy of data and perform quality checks to ensure completeness and correctness before and after entry.
• Process Improvement : Suggest improvements to data entry processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with previous ERP system experience; EPICOR preferred.
