As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll support and guide the team's consistent delivery of iterative value to your clients. You'll mentor your team, helping develop their overall capabilities.
About the Role
- Develop and test very complex software solutions with minimal direction
- Release and validate software, developing new deployment patterns as necessary
- Lead software support, incident resolution and blameless reviews
- Develop code modules and patterns useful within the team
- Conduct exploratory or experimental work to develop prototypes
- Guide code and design reviews for the team
- Provide software documentation and demonstration for technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor team members on any of the above
