About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Opto Semiconductors Engineer to join our team in Exeter, NH. As a key member of our specialized team, you will be responsible for qualifying and establishing new products and/or processes in production used for LED applications.

Responsibilities
- Assist project leaders in advancing new products and/or processes projects towards qualification.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to move through the APQP and Gate Structures for qualification.
- Work with team members to conduct trials, prepare samples, and assemble data.
- Troubleshoot process and analysis equipment as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum Associate's degree in an Engineering field.
- At least 2 years engineering experience in industry.
- Competence in using MS applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Understanding and experience in using core tools of 6-sigma to analyze data.
- Ability to handle large numbers of parts in complex tests.
- Experience processing ceramic, glass, or polymer materials, particularly for optical applications.
