We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Account Executive to join our fast-paced, revenue-focused sales team. If you have a history of closing high-value deals, exceeding quotas, and developing a strong portfolio of repeat customers, we want to talk to you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Close Inbound Leads – Engage with inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
2. Follow Up & Sell – Maintain consistent follow-up on quotes and turn prospects into buyers.
3. Meet & Exceed Sales Targets – Track your sales performance and consistently hit revenue quotas.
4. Negotiate & Handle Objections – Overcome price concerns and position AMS Parts competitively.
5. Leverage CRM & Tech Tools – Use NetSuite CRM to manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions.
6. Work with Urgency & Efficiency – Prioritize leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· 2 Years of Proven Sales Experience – Inside sales, B2B, or industrial sales experience required.
· Quota-Driven Performer – You have consistently met or exceeded monthly and annual sales goals.
· Comfortable in a Commission-Heavy Role – Earnings potential is uncapped for top performers.
· Strong Closer & Negotiator – You know how to handle objections and turn leads into deals.
· Industry Experience a Plus – Knowledge of construction equipment, industrial parts, or heavy machinery is a plus.
· Competitive, High-Energy Sales Professional – Self-motivated with a strong drive to win deals.
· Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable using CRMs (NetSuite preferred), phone systems, and email communication.
· Proactive & Self-Starter – You take initiative and don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
