Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory levels.
- Manage inventory control to ensure adequate supplies are available for surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to understand specific needs for instrument sets.
- Implement aseptic techniques to prevent contamination during processing.
- Supervise and train new staff members on sterile processing procedures and best practices.
- Stay updated on advancements in sterile processing technology and techniques.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology is essential.
