- Conduct weekly staff meetings and training sessions to promote operational excellence.
- Inspect rooms and physical property regularly, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Financial Management :
Monitor and achieve financial goals by forecasting revenues and controlling expenses.
Employee Development :
Recruit, train, and mentor management staff and team members for future growth opportunities.
Guest Experience :
Ensure employees deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests.
Compliance & Standards :
Ensure adherence to certification requirements (e.g., Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR).
