- Lead & guide our U.S. capital sales reps and our PA regional sales team to achieve their unique sales goals and foster growth
- Build & maintain long-term relationships with dealers and customers by understanding their needs
- Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and drive results
- Lead regular sales meetings with regional reps and dealership teams to ensure alignment and track performance
- Provide solution-based consulting to dairy farm teams, making tailored recommendations
- Stay current on equipment and innovations to offer customers the best solutions
- Generate leads, engage prospects, and close sales
- Ensure accountability within the sales team, placing the right talent in the right roles
- Collaborate with the direct sales team to achieve company goals
- Conduct on-site operational tours to showcase products and build relationships
- Serve as the brand representative at trade shows, conferences, and dealer meetings
- Manage the CRM, tracking customer interactions and exploring optimization opportunities
- Travel with Route and Capital Sales Reps to help cultivate relationships and develop sales strategies – 60% daytime travel and 25% overnight travel

Our National Sales Manager:
- Experienced: 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of dairy farming seasons and trends. Knowledge of the agriculture industry, equipment sales, and precision dairy equipment is a plus.
- Leadership: Capable of mentoring and motivating sales teams to achieve their goals and drive success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Motivator: Able to inspire and energize sales reps, lighting a fire under them to perform at their best.
- Relationship-driven: Skilled at initiating new relationships and fostering long-term connections with customers, dealers, and partners.
