- Lead and guide U.S. capital sales reps and PA regional sales team to achieve unique sales goals and foster growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and customers by understanding their needs.
- Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and drive results.
- Lead regular sales meetings with regional reps and dealership teams to ensure alignment and track performance.
- Provide solution-based consulting to dairy farm teams, making tailored recommendations.
- Stay current on equipment and innovations to offer customers the best solutions.
- Generate leads, engage prospects, and close sales.
- Ensure accountability within the sales team, placing the right talent in the right roles.
- Collaborate with the direct sales team to achieve company goals.
- Conduct on-site operational tours to showcase products and build relationships.
- Serve as the brand representative at trade shows, conferences, and dealer meetings.
- Manage the CRM, tracking customer interactions and exploring optimization opportunities.
- Travel 75% of the time, including 50% overnight travel.
