Job Description
- Provide care for patients with mental and behavioral health issues.
- Assess patient behavior and physical health information and deliver nursing care as directed.
- Administer prescribed medication and monitor patient’s responses/side effects.
- Document and report changes in patient’s behavior and health
- Review patients’ charts
- Transcribe orders from MD.
- Work with members of the interdisciplinary health care team
- Educate patients and their families.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to set boundaries.
- Hold an unencumbered nursing license.
- Nursing license from an accredited Nursing school
