The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets
- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
- Processing payments, communicating refills, sending patient forms, and communicating patient needs to clinical staff
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the front office as well as all client common
areas - Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff
- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
- Assisting with Marketing communications, campaigns, and initiatives
- High School Diploma or higher
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients - a "people person"
- Advances Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in working across multiple computer systems simultaneously (payment management system, electronic medical records, Google Sheets, Google Drive, CRM Platform)
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
