AMS Moving and Delivery is seeking reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Movers / Drivers. As a Mover / Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation and handling of customer belongings during local residential and commercial moves. We work with pride and take care of our workers and customers. Responsibilities : Packing and Loading : Carefully pack and load customer belongings onto trucks, ensuring proper protection and organization. Transportation : Safely drive trucks to and from customer locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Unloading and Placement : Unload and place furniture and other items in designated areas at the destination, following customer instructions. Furniture Assembly / Disassembly : Assemble or disassemble furniture as needed, demonstrating care and attention to detail. Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and stress-free moving experience. Equipment Maintenance : Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of moving equipment and vehicles. Safety Compliance : Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Qualifications : Valid Driver's License : Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Physical Fitness : Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day. Customer Service Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Teamwork : Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Attention to Detail : A Careful approach to handling customer belongings. Punctuality and Reliability : Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability. Experience : Prior experience in moving or delivery is preferred but not required .
