Assistant Manager

$500 Sign-on Bonus. Part-time We have site(s) that is Monday through Friday; approximately 10 to 20 hrs per week @ $23-$26 per hour. This is a hands-on position. Our customer requires a clean background and must be 18 or older.

Required: must be available to clean at 2pm - 2:30pm and other shifts start 3:30pm and 4:30pm.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and pressure washers
- Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning preferred, but not necessary... we will train
- Understanding or knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as needed
- Excellent time management skills, problem solving, time management, how to motivate others, prioritize tasks efficiently, etc.
