Family-owned business is looking for good people to help service in Gwinner, ND. We are looking for people that are a team players, eye for detail, can work as a team and periodically by themselves. $1000 Sign-on-Bonus, and a referral bonus. This is part-time evening hours:
Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 2:30pm ($20 per clean)
Monday – Friday after 3:30pm - flexible hours 2 - 3 hrs. $22 per hr.
Duties:
Cleaning Restrooms – sanitizing toilets, sinks, urinals, filling dispensers, etc.
Office cleaning/Cafeteria – collecting trash, dusting, vacuuming, etc.… Hallways – vacuum, sweep, mop, etc…Other miscellaneous duties assigned
Must have a clean background for security purposes and 18 of age or older.

Summary
As a Commercial/General Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include cleaning, janitorial duties, and floor care in commercial settings. Your expertise in custodial practices will ensure high standards of cleanliness. Additionally, your premium skills in buffing and facilities maintenance, along with relevant experience in industrial cleaning and porter duties, will enhance our service quality. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
