We are looking to hire an Entry Level Enrollment Representative that will be responsible for working with customers, identifying the evolving needs of our clients demands and enrolling customers in desired services.
The Entry Level Enrollment Representative will be involved in driving revenue generated for our clients by working with customers who have inquired about our services to better suit their current needs. As an Entry Level Enrollment Representative, you will also be responsible for new business opportunities, increasing market share, and engaging with customers to build strong rapport for long lasting relationships and clientele. The Entry Level Enrollment Representative will also work with our internal teams to be multi-skilled in all aspects of business including but not limited to customer service, sales, business development, and management. Our company is not looking for just anyone to fill this role, we are looking for an Entry Level Enrollment Representative who will focus beyond just maintaining relationships with customers but really fostering them. Our customers are extremely important to us and we want to ensure they have full service satisfaction.
Entry Level Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Leverage technical knowledge on services our client offer so that when working with customers there is a full understanding to be able to manage accounts and provide proper solutions as needed during enrollment
- Ability to develop and maintain long term relationships with customers to build client loyalty, achieve positive customer feedback, and increase client retention
- Proactively prospect new customer acquisitions to expand enrollments and develop new business opportunities within the market
- Adaptable when working with customers to listen to their needs and adjust accordingly in any given situation, including being able to process any sales or provide support on customer questions
- Develop and implement any sales strategies that will allow the business to drive and exceed revenue generated
- Stay up to date on new services offered by the company and client allowing our Entry Level Enrollment Representatives to evolve in customer needs and be a superior consulting firm
Entry Level Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
- A highschool diploma or equivalency
- Prior experience in a customer/client facing or sales role is encouraged
- Ability to consistently achieve positive results is a plus
- Time management and detail orientation is important when managing customer accounts and following training schedules
- High level of proficiency and professionalism to properly communicate benefits, service upgrades, and other related information our clients offer during any account management or sales process
- Ability to work flexible hours
