AMS Pools is Hiring Lifeguards for Summer 2025!

Pay rate: Starting at $15 to $17.50! (Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience & business needs)

What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping swimmers safe while rocking those shades
- Enforcing pool rules (so no full sprint-front flip-cannonballs into the pool!)
- Performing effective rescues and first aid when needed
- Maintaining a clean and safe pool environment
- Monitoring & reporting pool chemistry to our dedicated Technician team!
- Staying alert and proactive while on stand
Most pools open Memorial Day weekend and close on Labor Day, however, spots are available before and after the season. Looking for more than just a summer job? Ask about winter lifeguarding opportunities!
What you need to apply:
- You must be 15 years of age or older
- A valid Lifeguard Certification (or be willing to get one—we can help!)
- A strong sense of responsibility and awareness
- A love for working outdoors
- Reliable transportation to & from assigned pool locations
- The ability to stay cool under pressure (and in the summer heat!)
