What Youāll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
- Organize documents, maintain internal systems, and assist with data entry
- Support recruiting and onboarding tasks
- Assist with light HR, finance, and marketing projects as needed
- Keep communication flowing smoothly across the team
What Weāre Looking For:
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a hybrid environment
- A resourceful, can-do attitude
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in the renewable energy or construction industry
- Familiarity with project management or CRM tools
