Job Description

AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a boutique Litigation firm (30 attorneys) in the Memorial area in search of a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing the business development/ networking needs of a law firm or other professional services. This candidate must have experience managing business development, networking, and maintaining a marketing budget for the department with minimal supervision:

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience with networking groups in the Houston market
• Ability to create a brand image for a company
• Assist with development of individual attorneys in various stages of business development.
• Experience managing Linked In
• Working knowledge of hosting seminars, lunch and learns
• Coordinating meetings with potential clients and attorneys
• Managing marketing budget
• Assisting with ad hoc events in the firm
  
  

Experience

• 5 years working in marketing for professional services.
