Job Description
AMS Staffing, Inc. has partnered with a Personal Injury Firm in the Greenway area in search of a Case Auditor. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling Personal Injury matters from intake to settlement and/or trial with a thorough understanding of what all necessary documents in each stage of litigation. This candidate must have experience with managing various aspects of personal injury matters including trucking, premises liability, catastrophic, and wrongful death matters, dog bites, and auto.
Required Skills And Experience
- Thorough understanding of a case and necessary documents in pre litigation, litigation, and post settlement.
- Matter closeout experience.
- Case management software experience.
- Experience managing and balancing reductions, liens, and pending invoices in a contingency fee matter.
Experience
- 5 years at a reputable personal injury firm working with file closeout and quality review of files.
