Our client is a seeking a dynamic Commercial Product Management Leader to drive strategy, execution, and innovation for their commercial banking products and services. In this role, you will be the right hand to the line of business leader, leading large-scale deliverables and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery and optimal customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a business lead for large-scale commercial product initiatives, driving strategy, pricing, and tool enhancements to deliver impactful solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Banking, to ensure commercial products align with the banks broader systems and strategies.
Partner with the line of business leader to develop strategies that improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance back-office operations.
Provide leadership on large-scale projects, including light project management responsibilities, to ensure successful execution and delivery.
Analyze and understand the financial impact of commercial products, ensuring alignment with the banks goals and profitability.
Drive process improvement and tool development to optimize product delivery and customer experience.
Build and manage relationships across teams, acting as a bridge between business units to deliver cohesive solutions.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in commercial banking, with a background in banking, product management, marketing, or finance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to lead large-scale deliverables, with light project management experience.
Expertise in understanding how commercial products impact broader bank systems and operations.
Familiarity with back-office and regulatory processes.
Strategic thinker with the ability to build processes and drive innovation.
