Work Environment : 3 days in office (Tuesday Mandatory) / 2 days WFH
Term : Permanent / Fulltime
Bachelors degree required : Preferred
Hours per week : 40
Trial Experience : HIGHLY Preferred

MUST HAVE experience supporting class and collective actions AND employment / wage and hour claims.
MUST KNOW at a confident, expert level how to run Tables of Authorities, and research case law on Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
MUST HAVE cite checking, state and federal filings
MUST HAVE complex filings such as removals, consolidations, sealing, and appeals.
Has been in the class action, employment sector for AT LEAST 3 years (not overall paralegal years).

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with substantial experience in supporting class and collective actions as well as employment / wage and hour claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation support, case management, and legal research, with a passion for advocating for workers rights.
Key Responsibilities :
Case Management :
- Assist attorneys in the preparation and management of class and collective action lawsuits and employment / wage and hour claims.
- Prepare and organize case files, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and court filings.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and filings.
