The LPN Addiction Recovery position is a vital role within our health care services team, focusing on providing compassionate and effective care to individuals battling addiction. The primary goal of this position is to support patients in their recovery journey by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. LPNs will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in addiction recovery or mental health settings.
- Certification in addiction nursing or related specialty.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment.
Responsibilities:
