Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all scope of work.
- Will work with galvanized piping and nitrogen inflation.
- Painting is required at times
- All general commercial maintenance at times
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must have basic hand tools and cordless tool kit.
- Must have own vehicle
- Traveling is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $38.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Building maintenance: 1 year (Required)
