The Role
The Early Careers and Campus team is a dynamic team that supports a high volume of hiring surrounding the Campus, Internship and Fixed Term Placement programs throughout the year.
As an AMS Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide efficient and flexible support to the recruitment process as part of the Campus Recruitment Team.
You'll coordinate recruiting activities and develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stake holders. The campus coordinator will also be expected to support the Campus Center of Excellence.
We are looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator to support our client.
Hybrid 3 days in the office weekly (Client's site) – Charlotte, NC; Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Will be required to be onsite 3 days a week
- Uses campus processes and systems (HireVue, Workday, Oleeo (as applicable)).
- Create Campus programs in Oleeo
- Enter offer letter details in system of record
- Invite candidates to first round interview in HireVue
- Responsible for preparation of Assessment Centre in Oleeo
- Responsible for preparation and management of Superday activities; creating Webex links and schedules
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, recruiting or communications in a corporate environment preferred. Internship experience welcome.
- Workday and Oleeo Recruiting Platform experience is required.
- Problem solver, proactive, organized, and resourceful
- Thrives in an ambiguous environment and has the ability to manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
- The ability to work as a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible and collaborative work environment
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
- Excellent organization and communication skills, and experience of presenting to senior clients/stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, and exercise sound judgment
- High level of initiative and self-motivation, resilience and ability to deal with ambiguity
