As a Janitor your average day will Include:
- Clean hallways, lobbies, corridors, elevators, stairways, walls, floors, windows, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, sills, furniture, rugs, trash chutes, garage, and other work and common areas.
- Monitor and remove trash, debris, and hazardous obstacles from the interior and exterior of the building premise, and trash enclosures weekly, and transport trash to disposal room.
- Mop lobby and by all elevators on every floor
- Mop trash rooms on every floor.
- Report vandalism, damage and/or items left in common and limited common areas.
- Clean railing and sweep stairwells.
- Clean windowsills.
- Work with vendors and obtain necessary information for tracking purposes.
- Post notices as directed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- All employees are expected to perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualification but not specifically described.
Salary : $23
